‘The Artists’ Kitchen’ is on exhibit at Hudson Gallery

“The Artist’s Kitchen,” an artist’s group show, opened for the Red Bird Art Walk on Sept. 2 at

Hudson Gallery
5645 N. Main St.

and runs through Oct. 1.

In this eclectic exhibition of works based on kitchen spaces, the viewer will be shown places of inspiration by the 25 invited artists. Local and regional artists were asked to focus on their kitchen spaces and create a work of art inspired by food, food preparation and kitchen narratives. Working in a variety of media this show explores the individual artist’s interpretation of this common ground.

The artists represented include Steven Athanas, Richard Reed, Phil Hazard, Rae Betz, David Navarre, Dani Fuller, Scott Horn, Claton Peterson, Yusuf Lateef, Rebecca Geib, Jules Webster, Deb Buchanen, Craig Fisher, Matt Squibb, Penny Gentieu, Cheryl Takata, Adrienne Kaplan, Angela Saxon, Helen Grubb, Judy Paschalis, Kelly Brown, Barbara Hudson, Kris Schmidt, Bradley Scherzer, Lyndsay Scypta and Brandon Briggs.
