Following Governor DeWine’s “Stay at Home” order:
TOPS will keep all parks OPEN to the public until further notice.

We recognize that parks are a vital resource for physical and mental health in these stressful times.  So come out, maintain a safe distance and walk, run, or just sit by Olander Park’s beautiful lake.

Please be considerate of our staff and other visitors by following CDC guidelines for social distancing, hand washing, and stay home if you are showing symptoms of illness.

Playgrounds remain CLOSED.

The administrative office is CLOSED.

Restrooms are CLOSED.
(One restroom at Olander Park will be available for emergency use only. 
If you can wait until you get home, please do.)

To protect our staff, we have removed a significant number of trash cans at all locations.
Please take any trash home with you for disposal. 
We appreciate your help in this matter.

Programs and facilities rentals remain cancelled until April 30, but we have plenty of virtual programs to keep you and yours busy! We searched the world wide web high and low, and we think we have found a way to bring a little bit of fun and nature directly to you!
