Attorney John Manore III has relocated his office to Liberty Square, Building I, 4149 Holland-Sylvania Rd. Megan Malczewski CCIM, of Signature Associates, negotiated the lease for the office suite.
“My space needs have changed,” Manore reported. “When the lease on my former office space was about up, I began looking at some alternatives. Megan Malczewski suggested that I might like an office suite that was available in the Liberty Square office complex. As I am a history buff and spend a good bit of my free time participating in Civil War re-enactments, the name of the building had a great deal of appeal for me. Then, when I looked at the building I was very impressed with how well managed, how clean, professional, and yet homey it is,” he recalled.
“This space is perfect for my practice,” he added. “And, working with Bobbie Ziviski, the property manager, has been a delight. She made my move here very easy.”
He continued, “My clients all agree that they feel very comfortable in this new space.”
Manore is a graduate of The University of Toledo School of Law several years after he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. “I spent at least five years teaching history, working for private industry and in the investment business before entering law school. I wanted to have experience in several fields to broaden my knowledge,” he remembered.
“I feel my diverse background allows me to better help my clients now. I also feel it is most important to communicate with my clients to make sure they understand all aspects of their case. I also treat all of my clients with dignity and respect.
Manore‘s general law practice is primarily concentrated in family law, domestic relations, and estate work.
