Sylvania resident Keith Nelson has recently opened Mr. Appliance, a locally owned and operated franchise providing full-service home appliance repair.
“Starting a business that focused on helping others’ needs was important to me. I wanted to open a business that could be both family-oriented and provide service-first for our customers. Mr. Appliance is the perfect business to combine these goals,” reported Nelson, a mechanical engineer.
The new company began operations the first of January.
“We strive to deliver a superior service to all our customers by taking the extra steps needed to fully protect their home. One of the ways we show this is by providing our customers with an upfront pricing before any work begins so there are no surprises on their final bill.”
