Walker Funeral Homes was recently recognized for top performance at the national summit of Graystone Associates held in Aventura, Florida. Graystone Associates is the premier consulting firm for large family-owned funeral homes in the United States and Canada. Graystone also surveys every family served by one of their 347 client funeral homes. The recognition was based on the results of the surveys.
Walker was recognized in the top five nationally in the categories of support and follow-up with families, value received for the dollars spent, the likeliness of families that would recommend Walker, and overall client family satisfaction. “This is an honor and a testament to the quality, professionalism, and friendliness of our team members,” commented Keith Walker, owner.
In addition to the company-wide recognition, the following members of the Walker team were recognized individually. Jennifer Waldron, top 25 in excellence in pre-need arrangements; and Jennifer Meehan-Meier, Mitch Hoyles, and Ryan Hobbs, top 25 in value received by families.
Ryan Hobbs, Walker president, was recognized for 100 percent overall satisfaction by families served for 16 consecutive months. “Our entire team is fully committed to continual improvement in the ways we serve the families of the community. It is nice to be recognized,” Hobbs said.
