According to the project liaison, Jamin Roe of American Structurepoint, road construction on the second block of Main Street will not begin until Buckeye Cable and Frontier finish their work on moving utilities from above ground to below.

Roe noted this is the single issue now holding up the utility bury project on this block and preventing the Phase 2 Streetscape project from beginning.
