Several Main Street businesses have been added to the roster of shops to be open for the Spring Downtown Delights scheduled for April 28.
Taste, downtown Sylvania’s newest business, will have a soft opening with samples of new products.
Angela’s Angels, Fiddle Stix, and Love Yourself Beauty Bar are joining those who participated in the Fall Downtown Delights. The owners of JEM Photography are offering $50 off their $225 Mini in May session, a perfect gift for mom. Guests can make a donation to The Victory Center in any amount and get entered for a free Mini in May session.
Shoppers will have the opportunity to stop in Bowinkles, Handmade Means Love, Harmony in Life, Hudson Gallery, and Main Street Salon and Spa to discover all that is available in each business.
A Julie Voss Trunk Show will be featured at Ragazza. Everything will be 20 percent off at Reve Salon and Spa. Customers will get a free petit four with purchase at Main Street Sweets, which will be open until 2 pm. Hip to the Groove will be hosting the Dillard’s bra fitting experts. It will donate a portion of their sales to National Breast Cancer Association. Musician Brent Lowry will perform from 6-8 pm. Beautiful Blooms by Jen will be giving away a free tulip bouquet while supplies last with any purchase over $35. In addition, local author, Bailey Koester, will be signing her book, “Mama Needs a Martini,” from 4-7 pm and sharing samples. Fuller Art House will feature handmade goat milk soaps by the Long Farm of Grand Rapids, Ohio.
There will be food specials all day and happy hour from 11 am to 5 pm at Inside the Five. The Village Candy Shoppe is offering 20 percent off jelly beans in honor of National Jelly Bean Day. Element 112 will debut its retail line of French Macarons and Art Supply Depo will be hosting a spring sale with demonstrations in the studio.
Shoppers can take a break and stop at Upside Brewing/J&G Pizza Palace for the “Delight Special” – two glasses of wine and a small pizza for $20. They can also enjoy a free cookie with any sandwich or salad order at Chandler Cafe.
