Call for artists for Maple & Main Art/Music Festival

Artists can apply for booth space for Sylvania Arts’ annual Maple and Main Art and Music Festival to be held June 3 and 4.

Each year over 6,000 art and music enthusiasts fill downtown Sylvania to enjoy the Maple & Main Art and Music Festival. The heart of Sylvania is filled with artists’ booths, roaming musicians, a live music stage and food trucks from around the region.

Artists can apply for booth space through application beginning in early January. For more information go to sylvaniaarts.org.

Local artist opportunity

Local artists are also encouraged to submit applications to create artwork to enhance a portion of the Silica Road bridge structure crossing the Ottawa River near Sylvania Northview High School. A $5,000 stipend will be awarded to the artist.
