Stoney Creek Villas by Gulfstream Homes offers myriad of options

JP Ankney adusts the open flag on the model home in Stoney Creek, which is open Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from noon to 4 pm.

Adults 55 years and older now have another housing option in Monclova’s newest villa community. “Those who choose to buy a Stoney Creek villa by Gulfstream Homes can experience all the benefits of country living while being close to shopping, the expressway, turnpike, airport, golf courses, and Oak Openings Metropark,” noted Realtor® Jeannie Medlin, ABR®, PSA Certified, SRES® of RE/MAX Preferred and a Gulfstream Homes agent for the past 15 years.
There will be a total of 273 villas on the 115 acres off Albon Road just south of Salisbury Road. “We have 11 lots still available in Plat 4 and a total of 49 lots in Plat 5, which will be available for sale in the fourth quarter of this year,” Medlin pointed out.
“Many of the lots we offer span the 30-plus-acre lake, which is available for kayaks, paddleboards, and electric-powered pontoons. Anglers are welcome on the lake where they can enjoy a catch of the day. A seven-acre forest provides green space, complete with walking trails. There is a clubhouse with a heated outdoor pool and four pickleball courts,” JP Ankney of Gulfstream Development explained. “Thanks to maintenance-free living, residents have more time to enjoy all of the amenities the community offers and can live a resort-style life,” he suggested.

“In addition, homebuyers can customize any of the floor plans of our Classic, Premier, or Estate villa collections to suit their every need,” Ankney promised. “We make the process very easy. I am here to hold my clients’ hands from start to finish once they have decided to locate in Stoney Creek. That includes everything from choosing a lot to selecting any one of our exterior finishes along with interior floor plans and finishes,” he said.
Potential residents have their choice of multiple home styles ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet, featuring two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-or-three-car garages. All of the styles feature an open state-of-the-art kitchen and great room with natural light, stainless steel appliances, covered porches, gas fireplaces, sunrooms, walk-in closets, and three different-sized basements. The main bedroom in each design has an en suite bathroom, built-in linen closet, adjacent walk-in closet, and laundry room.
According to Ankney, his company has a full-time CAD designer on staff who customizes home designs and floor plans to meet the desires and needs of prospective villa buyers. “In addition, we offer six different front elevations, all changeable with different floor plans,” he noted. “People are able to realize the house of their dreams.”

The open floor plan makes entertaining very easy and convenient.
