CENTENNIAL ROAD AT DOYLE DRIVE

As part of a sanitary sewer extension project on Centennial Rd, beginning Monday, October 27th through Friday, October 31st, Centennial Rd will be closed at Doyle Dr to through traffic. Detour signage will be posted and the detour route is shown below:

Commercial haulers, including semi-trailers, are advised to use Erie St east to Monroe St, then to US23 when traveling from Ohio to Michigan. Questions regarding the project may be directed to the City of Sylvania Department of Public Service at (419) 885-8965.

Northbound US 23 exit to Monroe St. (exit 234) to be closed Thursday night

MAIN STREET BETWEEN MAPLEWOOD AVE AND MONROE STREET 

Helms and Sons Excavating, Inc will begin work pouring concrete for the new elevated crosswalk at the mid-block on Main St between Maplewood Ave and Monroe St. 

Due to this construction, Main St will be closed to through traffic beginning Thursday, October 23rd through Sunday, October 26th while the concrete cures. 

Access to Main St north of the mid-block to Maplewood Ave will remain accessible. Detour route signage will be posted utilizing Monroe St, Erie St, and Maplewood Ave. 

Please be aware that as with all construction projects, dates are approximate and are subject to change to due weather and unforeseen circumstances.
