Sylvania’s celebration of all things local returns to downtown Saturday, Sept. 17 from 4 to 11 pm on Main Street in the J and G Pizza Palace/Upside Brewing parking lot. Presented by the Red Bird Downtown Sylvania Association and sponsored by Walker Funeral Home, the event will feature three local bands, food trucks, wine and beer.

Music begins at 4:30 pm with Jon and Dusty. The Cheeks hit the stage at 6 pm and headliner Fleetwood Gold begins at 8 pm. The tribute band, comprised of local musicians, will present a musical journey through the best of Fleetwood Mac, from the early years through Stevie Nicks’ solo career.

Upside Brewing and Inside the Five Brewing Co. will offer a selection of craft beer. Wine and a special event cocktail will also be available. Food vendors include Koral Hamburg, Grumpy’s, Deet’s BBQ and Mayberry Ice Cream.

Tickets are $10 per person at the gate or $8 in advance through redbirdsylvania.org. Proceeds provide funding for the programs and events of the Red Bird Downtown Sylvania Association such as the First Friday Art Walks and Sylvania Farmers Market.
