Arbor Hills Art students create banners for downtown
The two-year-old black labrador retriever Storm, Arbor Hills facility dog, is the subject of the 2025 Red Bird student street banner contest sponsored by Key Bank. The five winning posters, which will be made into downtown street banners, are created by Arbor Hills Junior High students in teacher Tracy Ardner’s art classes, (third from right). Winning designs by Kloey Eichelberger, Parker Johnson, eighth grade; Kennedy Connell, seventh grade; Saphira Monaco, eighth grade; and Rachel Bair, seventh grade; were selected by judges Dani Fuller of Fuller Art House, Scott Hudson of Hudson Gallery, Katie Cappellini of RedBird Sylvania, Ken Dymond of Sylvania Arts, Samantha Ayres of Heritage Sylvania, and Tiffany Bosch of Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce.
