TARTA offers fare-free rides on Election Day

The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority wants to make sure everyone’s voice is heard on election day by giving customers a free ride to their polling place. TARTA, TARPS paratransit services, and Call-A-Ride services will be free all day Tuesday, Nov. 8, as part of the Voter Ready With TARTA campaign. Customers will find resources to help them locate their polling place and find which route can get them there at tarta.com/news/voteready. Early Voting Center relocates

The League of Women Voters® of Toledo-Lucas County is urging all registered voters to VOTE in the General Election on Nov. 8. Voting is your voice, and all citizens have the right to express their wishes by voting.

Early voting is through Nov. 7 at the Early Voting Center, C Entrance, now located at the Lucas County Shared Services, 3737 W. Sylvania Ave., where Harvest Lane ends at Sylvania Ave. A Ballot Dropbox for absentee ballots is also located on this campus. Continue reading Early Voting Center relocates
