Hi, I’m Leo the Lab and I’m your new safety friend!
While summer is fun, I’ve been looking forward to the start of the new school year and getting to meet all my new friends! As we get closer to the big day, I want to remind all of you and your parents how to stay safe when traveling to and from school.
Whether you’re walking to school, riding the bus, getting dropped off, or driving I want all my friends to be safe. So, remember to follow all safety rules like; making sure you use crosswalks, obey traffic signals, stay alert to your surroundings, avoid all distractions, and know emergency basics – like calling 911. Safety is everyone’s responsibility and if we all work together we can have a safe and fun school year!
